Add Pathology test to request table

A large number of pathology tests are already stored in the table.
If the doctor wants to add a user defined test to this table then this is how it's done.

Click on 

Administration > Pathology > Requests > Add Request                        

The new Pathology Request form is be displayed.

Here you can use any code that might help you remember a particular test.

Both the code and description are mandatory.

When the request code is selected on the request form the particular request associated with the code will be generated.
