Add Diagnostic Imaging Request

A number of radiology requests are already present in the system. If the doctor or the administrator of the system want to add user requests they can do so. To add a radiology request click on administration on the main menu, select radiology and then select add new from the requests sub menu.
The form to add a new radiology request will be displayed.
All the three fields on the form are mandatory. You can either select a predefined category from the drop down or type in a new category name. After you have input the request details click on save. The request will be available for you to select in the radiology issue request section of the clinical profile of any patient.
