To turn on MouseKeys
  1.  to open the Accessibility Properties dialog box.
  2. Click the Mouse tab.
  3. Select the Use MouseKeys check box.

  • You can also open the Accessibility Properties dialog box by clicking Start, pointing to Settings, clicking Control Panel, and then double-clicking Accessibility Options.
