Gets or sets a value indicating the status of flash when the image was shot.
Bit 0 indicates the flash firing status, bits 1 and 2 indicate the flash return
status, bits 3 and 4 indicate the flash mode, bit 5 indicates whether the flash
function is present, and bit 6 indicates "red eye" mode.

SyntaxRemarksHandling of null values
A null value indicates, that the corresponding metadata tag is not present in the metadata model. Setting this property's value to a non-null reference creates the metadata tag if necessary. Setting this property's value to a null reference deletes the metadata tag from the metadata model.
