ANALYTICAL ERROR
This calculation is for analytical sensitivity of each line (= one measurement), considering _both_ peak and background count rates (Love and Scott, 1974). It is a similar type of statistic as the 1 sigma counting precision figure, but it is presented as a percentage in the Probe for EPMA statistical printout.
