IviDCPwrBase Behavior Model

After you call the IviDCPwr_init, IviDCPwr_InitWithOptions, or IviDCPwr_Reset functions, the power supply produces a power signal based on its current configuration.

All changes to the power supply's IviDCPwrBase functions and attributes take place immediately.
