Description
Creates the ActiveX control that is represented in the MFC program by this object. Refer to the CWnd class in the MSDN library for further information.
Note:
This is a virtual function that you can override in a derived class to add custom behavior. If you override this function, you must call CNiNumEdit::Create in your function definition if you want to allow the library to perform its operations.
