Assignment operator. The object is attached to the same CWArrow_CI pointer as the object to which it is assigned and the object has the same thread access option. The reference count of the CWArrow_CI pointer is incremented. If an CWArrow_CI pointer is already attached to this object, that CWArrow_CI pointer is released and its reference count decremented before the new CWArrow_CI pointer is attached.
