Terminating an Active Customer

You can terminate the subscription of an active customer only. In the Terminate Relationship
pop-up screen, enter the reasons for terminating the subscription. Click 
to terminate or
click 
to cancel.
You can also terminate an unregistered customer when the status is Pending for Approval.
