Customize (File Menu)

Administrators can use this command to hide fields and buttons in forms and dialog boxes for specific users or for all users assigned to a particular UI Profile.

For example, an administrator might hide fields to prevent viewing and printing of sensitive data, or they might hide the Add or Delete button to prevent the addition or deletion of records.
