For efficiency, the license server periodically flushes usage events to the report log. The frequency of these flushes depends on the activity level of the license server as well as on the version and configuration of the vendor daemon. To run a report with up-to-the-minute usage information, before running the report, manually flush data from the buffer to the report log by causing the vendor daemon to reread its license file with the FLEXnet utility, lmreread.

You can issue an lmreread command by clicking the Reread License File button in the Stop/Reread tab of lmtools.
