Creates a AcMaLayer object from a layer definition.

    MgResourceIdentifier* layerDefinition, 
    MgResourceService* resourceService

Parameters 
Description 
resourceService 
An MgResourceService that can be used to retrieve the layer definition.  
layerDefinition' 
Identifier of the layer definition in a repository.
