Accessing and Installing the Civil Object Enabler
The Civil Object Enabler is available on your AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 product media as well as from the Autodesk website.
See the instructions below for installing the Civil Object Enabler from the product media. In addition, you can also download the most current version from the Autodesk web site at http://www.autodesk.com/aecobjenabler.
Installing the Civil Object Enabler
- Insert the AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 product media into your computer’s media drive.
- In the AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 Installation wizard, click the Install link.
- On the Install page, click Install Additional Tools. Then click Civil Object Enabler and follow the on-screen instructions.
- If prompted, restart your computer.
