Service by Day of Week Report

The Service by Day of Week Report is specific for the Meal Order Module. The report gives summaries on the number of patrons and orders for those patrons. The report also gives a graphical representation of the number of patrons served per hour with orders per hour, and the number of orders per menu category.

Click Reports on the Main Menu, followed by Table Service Reports then Service by Day of Week Report option. Alternatively, click Customers on the Toolbar followed by Reports, Table Service Reports then Service by Day of Week Report option.

Options

Select the Start Date, End Date, table service Area and the Parent Category which is the menu category or product group listing ordered items.

To Include subsidiary areas check this box, to Report day of week averages for period (instead of daily statistics) check this box.

Filters

The Selected filter are listed as Start date, End Date, Area and Parent Category.

Details

The table service information is grouped into 3 categories;

Patrons – Displays the number of patrons in the period.

Ordered – Displays the amount ordered in the period

Average Ordered – Displays the average amount ordered per patron in the period.

Graph

In addition to the table of figures, the number of patrons and number of orders per hour / day are displayed in a bar chart / line graph along with the number of orders per menu category in a separate bar chart.

Note the graphs are split up into 2 categories; period followed by a separate graph for each Day of Week.
